Banana slices, a thick layer of creamy peanut butter, and melted chocolate come together in this easy frozen bark. Keep a batch in the freezer and you'll always have something sweet to grab when a craving hits. It tastes way more indulgent than it is.

Steps

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the bananas and lay them out in a single layer.

  2. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the bananas. An offset spatula makes this much easier.

  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter, then top with shredded coconut and a pinch of flaky sea salt.

  4. Freeze for about an hour, until fully set. Break into pieces and serve.
