This is one of those recipes you really can't mess up, and the measurements don't need to be exact. Want it sweeter? More condensed milk. Extra bananas? Go for it. Too thick? Use less whipped cream or swap the heavy cream for milk. Have fun with it!

Steps

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla paste to taste, then pop it in the fridge.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Add the milk, heavy cream, pudding mix, and sour cream (if using). Mix until smooth and fluffy but still a little stiff, scraping down the sides as you go. It'll thicken up as it sits.

  4. Gently fold in the cold whipped cream. Don't overmix!

  5. Line your pan with a layer of cookies and banana slices, then spread pudding over the top. Repeat, and finish with crushed cookies.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight if you can wait.

  7. Enjoy!
