Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie
Banana cream pie meets peanut butter pie. Salty peanut butter toffee holds together a crunchy cornflake-peanut crust, topped with bananas and fluffy crème diplomate. Made for my Grandma, who loved both. It takes some patience, but it’s worth it. And it’s basically breakfast, right?
