Banana Cinnamon Roll Lava Cake

Of all my lava cakes, this one went the most viral, and I tested it more than any other. Moist, fluffy banana cake, a bit sweeter than banana bread, with a gooey cinnamon center that tastes like the middle of a cinnamon roll. I totally get why people love it.
